Our classes have been created to bring positivity through a high-energy, safe and fun workout appropriate for all fitness levels and ages.

Pure Form

Be prepared to put your body through its paces!
Pure form is designed to teach you how to refine and perfect the shapes, as well as emphasises on form and alignment.  The class focuses on how to get the most out of each and every single movement to maximise results whilst enhancing mind and body connection.All to a brand new banging play list! Feel the burn and love that shake baby!
Let yourself go in this  dynamic sequence that includes 3 relaxing class stretches throughout, working with the breath to nourish your mind, body & soul. You’ll leave the class feeling worked, energised and centred!

Power Glide Barre

Be prepared to Slide your way through this fun dynamic sequence as we focus on form and precision to ignite every single move from our very centre....our core!
 

During this workout we will be Unterlising the use of sliders, light or heavy weights and yoga blocks to improve mind and body coordination as well a targeting every single muscle to the point of fatigue and all to a banging new play list! Feel that burn love that shake baby!


Renew your entire body,  with this barre sequence which includes 3 yoga inspired stretches throughout, working with the breath to nourish your mind body and soul!

Multiple Participants

We offer dedicated sessions for multiple participants, consisting of: 

3-4 participants (£30)

5-6 participants (£25)

7+ participants (£20)
